Burger with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • Brioche bun 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise 100 g
  • Olives 15g
  • Capers 5 g
  • Anchovy 2 g
  • Beef patty 250 g
  • Cheddar cheese sliced 2 slices
  • Brie cheese puck 1 pc
  • Cranberries 100 g
  • Sugar 80 g
  • The zest of half an orange
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Flour 25g
  • Breadcrumbs 50 g

Cooking steps

Step 1

Put a small piece of fresh beef through the meat grinder, about one large burger patty or 300 grams, and add salt and pepper. For this recipe we use American beef. The success of high-quality U.S. beef lies in the carefully controlled feeding regime developed by American farmers. This selected diet, which includes corn and other grains, hay, and lucerne, helps American farmers to produce U.S. beef, famous worldwide for its taste and tenderness.

Step 2

Now prepare the sauce for the burger: put capers, anchovies, olives, and mayonnaise in a small container. Then beat the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Step 3

The next step is to make cranberry sauce. Put cranberries, sugar, and water in a metal container and boil it on the stove until it thickens. The sauce is ready.

Step 4

We use American cranberries for the sauce. The indigenous people of the United States were the first to notice the natural benefits of the plant. The unquestioned advantage of the American cranberry is that it can be consumed regardless of time or place, to recharge your body with valuable vitamins and minerals, especially in winter and spring, when our body needs them so much!

Now let’s prepare cheese. In a deep container, break the eggs and beat them. Dip Brie cheese in eggs, in flour, then in breadcrumbs. Fry the cheese in a deep fryer until golden crust.

Step 6

Grilling the burger patty. Shape a burger patty from the minced meat, and cook on the grill. The grill should be preheated to 220 ° C. Sprinkle the grill and the patty with oil. Grill on both sides.

Step 7

While the cutlet is frying, melt the butter in a pan, cut the brioche bun into two equal parts, and fry in the butter.

Step 8
