The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) launched promotion of U.S. pork in the HoReCa segment. The event is designed to demonstrate consistently high quality of the U.S. pork products to HoReCa businesses and their guests. U.S. pork will be presented in variety of cuts. The event will feature new cooking ideas in the low-slow style, as well as the best barbecue traditions of the United S
tates.
Eleven restaurants from seven Ukrainian cities supported the idea and will participate in the Festival. The highlight of the Festival is pulled American pork. This product will perfectly fit menus of establishments with own smokehouses (smokers) and professional grills. The menu will also feature two types of ribs and other U.S. pork cuts suitable for HoReCa and available on the Ukrainian market.
The American Pork Festival in Ukraine will last until the New Year 2021!
